Job Description

As a Facility Coordinator at JLL, you'll lead our Guest Ambassador (GA) teams to deliver world-class hospitality experiences across multiple client facilities. This role is central to JLL's commitment to creating exceptional workplace environments that enhance tenant satisfaction and support our clients' business success. You'll coordinate all guest services operations, from visitor management to event support, ensuring every interaction reflects JLL's service excellence standards. This position offers the opportunity to directly impact client relationships while developing leadership skills in a dynamic, fast-paced commercial real estate environment. Your work will be essential in maintaining JLL's reputation as the industry leader in comprehensive facility management services.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate and supervise GA team schedules across multiple sites, ensuring consistent coverage and service delivery aligned with client requirements and JLL standards
  • Monitor guest services operations including visitor registration, welcome protocols, hospitality supply management, and event coordination to maintain exceptional service levels
  • Evaluate GA team performance using established KPIs, provide coaching and feedback, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality
  • Manage inventory control for administrative supplies, hospitality materials, and facility amenities, coordinating procurement and vendor relationships to ensure resource availability
  • Lead planning and execution support for corporate events and key facility activities, ensuring seamless guest experiences and client satisfaction
  • Review and reconcile service documentation, invoices, and operational reports to maintain accurate records and support billing processes
  • Communicate operational procedures, schedule updates, and service standards to GA teams while serving as primary liaison between field operations and management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Operations Management, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in team leadership, preferably in hospitality, customer service, or facility management environments
  • Proven experience in inventory management, vendor coordination, and operational oversight with demonstrated ability to manage multiple locations
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with experience evaluating performance, providing feedback, and developing team members
  • Excellent organizational and project management capabilities with ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with inventory management or facilities management software systems
  • Professional communication skills in both English and Spanish, with ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders including clients, vendors, and team members

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in commercial real estate, corporate facilities management, or professional services environment
  • Certification in hospitality management, customer service excellence, or facilities management (IFMA, BOMA, or similar)
  • Experience with event coordination, corporate hospitality, or workplace experience programs
  • Knowledge of JLL services, commercial real estate operations, or property management principles
  • Familiarity with vendor management processes, procurement procedures, and contract oversight
  • Basic understanding of KPI development, performance metrics, and service level agreement management
  • Bilingual capabilities beyond English and Spanish, particularly in markets with diverse tenant populations
