Job Description

Facility BMS Engineers are responsible for BMS infrastructure integration stability and healthiness. Maintenance of BMS assets / PPM / Breakdowns / Gateway and Controller network failures / Data point issues are key deliveries. IBMS assets AMC management is to be taken care by working with respective OEM service provider. Necessary supports to site level internal / external audits from the point of BMS / FAS deliveries is to be taken care. Functionality of site level BMS operation and related data points integration validation are to be ensured. Implementing and ensuring Pan India building automation standards. Reporting to respective IFM BMS Leads and working on any additional automation requirement and developments. Working with BMS Command Center team on asset upgradation/replacement activities at site level
