Requirements

3+ years’ experience in the operation of a grain elevator
Experience as a team lead/supervisor
Through knowledge and understanding of the grain industry, including grading factors and elevator equipment
Trained in Health & Safety procedures and a champion for safe work environment
Aptitude for maintenance and repair of grain elevator equipment
Valid driver's license
Ability to work within environment subject to dust and allergens and lift heavy materials repeatedly (up to 50 lbs)

Job Responsibility

Assisting in the overall operation of the facility and achievement of production targets
