Job Description

Our client is seeking a dedicated Facility and Office Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of an on-site office in Mexico. You will coordinate maintenance, safety, and space planning to ensure a smooth, safe, and welcoming workspace for colleagues and visitors. This is a local role with no relocation offered. You will report to the Country Manager and have a dotted line to the Chief Administration Officer, playing a key part in keeping the office running efficiently. Joining our client means joining a collaborative team that values practical thinking and dependable delivery. The role offers opportunities to lead projects, improve the workspace, and work with cross-functional teams to support a busy office environment. This position is on-site in Mexico, and relocation is not offered for this role.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee day-to-day operation, maintenance, and upkeep of the office and facilities

Requirements
