Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and organized Facility Manager with 1–2 years of experience to manage day-to-day office operations and ensure a well-maintained, efficient, and safe workplace environment. The ideal candidate will coordinate with vendors, manage office infrastructure, and support overall facility administration.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee daily office facility operations to ensure smooth functioning of the workplace
  • Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement of facility-related items
  • Handle office maintenance, repairs, and infrastructure requirements
  • Ensure workplace health, safety, and compliance standards are maintained
  • Coordinate with building management for utilities, access, and facility services
  • Manage workspace allocation, seating arrangements, and office logistics
  • Maintain records of facility expenses, vendor contracts, and service schedules
  • Support in organizing office events, meetings, and workplace arrangements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1–2 years of experience in facility management, office administration, or workplace operations
  • Strong organizational and vendor management skills
  • Good communication and coordination abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
