Job Description:

Oversee and manage daily facility operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the workspace. Coordinate and supervise soft services such as housekeeping, pantry operations, office supplies, security, and front desk/reception management. Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and report maintenance needs, and supervise minor repairs. Act as the primary point of contact for employee requests, complaints, and facility issues (e.g., helpdesk tickets), ensuring timely and effective resolution. Basic oversight and coordination for maintenance of essential building equipment (e.g., UPS, AC systems, lighting) with technical teams or vendors.
