Facilities Technician

• Performing preventive maintenance and repair work on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, water heaters, structural components, and facility equipment
• Ensuring all equipment operates safely and efficiently by diagnosing issues, completing repairs, and following maintenance schedules
• Assisting with carwash maintenance and equipment repairs after completing company-provided training
• Maintaining store and site appearance by repairing building doors, performing minor painting, installing decals, and supporting imaging needs
• Ensuring a safe, clean work environment by following company procedures and regulatory guidelines
• Documenting work performed, reporting irregularities, and communicating ongoing needs to maintain continuity among work teams

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• One year of related experience in facilities, maintenance, construction, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or a similar field preferred
• Willingness to train and develop skills in carwash equipment maintenance
• Ability to read and understand basic blueprints, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English—both verbally and in writing—and perform basic arithmetic
• Valid driver’s license with no major offenses required
• Experience using basic hand tools, power tools, and electrical measurement instruments
• Acetylene cutting and arc welding skills are preferred but not required
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
