Key Responsibilities: Operational Repairs and General Maintenance; Regulatory Compliance & Safety; Customer Service. Candidate Profile: Education & Experience; Licenses & Certifications; Physical Requirements.

Job Responsibility

  • Operational Repairs and General Maintenance: Respond, diagnose and repair a variety of equipment and systems within the physical plant, including HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, pools, and life safety systems
  • Perform tasks such as preventative maintenance, painting, drywall repair, and mechanical maintenance
  • Regulatory Compliance & Safety: Familiar with compliance with all relevant Federal, State, and Local regulations, including certifications (e.g., HVAC, pool operations, electrical)
  • Familiar with safety procedures, including basic emergency protocols
  • Customer Service: Understand the importance of addressing guest issues related to engineering promptly and efficiently, while maintaining high service standards and respond effectively to service requests or emergencies

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 4+ years of engineering and maintenance experience, with technical training in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing systems
  • Valid driver's license
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, push, pull, and carry objects, and stand for extended periods

Nice to have

Experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track maintenance tasks, streamline workflows, and ensure proper documentation and reporting
