Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing critical systems and HVAC equipment across our facilities. This role requires a Wireman’s License A & B and a strong understanding of electrical safety standards and building maintenance practices.

Job Responsibility

  • Perform preventative maintenance, and repairs on Plant critical Systems and HVAC
  • Troubleshoot and resolve faults and equipment issues promptly
  • Conduct routine inspections of critical systems and ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed
  • Assist in general facilities maintenance, including HVAC, compressed air, water, lighting, and other building systems
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed
  • Ensure adherence to Energy objectives as a well as health and safety standards

Requirements

  • Valid Wireman’s License A & B (issued in Malta)
  • Knowledge of Compressed air, HVAC systems and building automation
  • Experience in industrial or commercial facilities
  • Proven experience in electrical work and facilities maintenance
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
