Job Responsibility

Respond to the maintenance and facilities needs of the retail portfolio
Ensure that all works are completed to a high and safe standard
Ensure works are actioned in a timely manner
Engage in self-development to learn new skills
Work closely with Retail Facilities and Compliance Manager, Head of Retail operations, Shop teams, Volunteers and external contractors

Requirements

Demonstrable evidence of behaviour in line with the core values of TAAS throughout career to date
Ability to perform maintenance tasks
Full UK Driving Licence
Accurate, Conscientious and self-motivated
Ability to plan and organise own workload
Demonstrable excellent communication skills
Genuine interest in the work of TAAS

Nice to have

Understanding of Health and Safety policies in the workplace
Willingness to contribute to own personal development
