Job Description:

As a Facilities Support Tech, you will be responsible for providing expeditious and appropriate responses to alarms and emergency/non-emergency conditions at all times and will monitor surveillance systems, violation alarms on the card access system. The position is responsible for monitoring all life safety and medical alarms; maintains logs and reports used to record pertinent information related to all situations. The Facilities Support Tech will operates personal computer answers multiple incoming lines; performs data entry and retrieval of information retained in computerized databases; operates a switchboard console, pagers and various communications equipment. We ask that all applicants must be prepared to work changing workloads and/or rotating shifts. Versatility as a dispatcher is required.

Job Responsibility:

  • Physcial Requirements-Sedentary work -(prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10lbs force occasionally)
  • Versatility as a dispatcher is required
  • must be prepared to work changing workloads and/or rotating shifts
