Job Description

To maintain, clean, sanitize and protect the change house, gathering areas, shop restrooms and office spaces at El Segundo and Lee Ranch.

Job Responsibility

  • Maintain change house, gathering areas, shop restrooms and office spaces in a clean and orderly condition
  • Clean & sanitize designated areas
  • Sweep and mop floors & walls
  • Restock disposables
  • Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
  • Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
  • Dust offices and entryways
  • Look for, correct and communicate safety hazards
  • Cooperate and communicate with staff
  • Keep supplies and work area stocked, well organized, and clean
  • Maintain cleaning equipment
  • Follow company, state and federal health and safety regulations and policies

Requirements

  • Knowledge of use and maintenance of industrial cleaning equipment and appliances
  • Knowledge of safe disposal of chemical liquids and other hazardous components
  • Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
  • Integrity and ability to work independently
  • Have high safety standards for self and others
  • Maintain a valid driver's license
  • Previous custodial experience preferred
