Facilities Supervisor

• Coordinate facilities activities, maintenance works, and site inspections predominantly across Manchester sites
• Manage facilities requests, track actions, and ensure timely resolution of issues
• Supervise janitorial and cleaning activities, maintaining high housekeeping standards
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and landlords, obtaining quotations and coordinating works
• Maintain facilities records, compliance documentation, and contractor information
• Support facilities projects, improvement initiatives, and operational site standards

• Experience coordinating operations, contractors, suppliers, projects, or facilities services
• Previous experience supervising or coordinating the work of others
• Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Competent with Microsoft Office and business systems
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between company sites

Experience within facilities, property, operations, logistics, warehousing, transport, customer service, administration, maintenance, or project support environments
