Facilities Supervisor

• Lead and coordinate day‑to‑day facilities operations to ensure the facility remains safe, compliant, and fully operational, with work planned and prioritised against agreed schedules
• Supervise and coordinate contractors and third-party staff, ensuring work is delivered to agreed quality standards, budgets, and timelines
• Manage facilities maintenance, repairs, and minor projects end‑to‑end, from initial request through planning, execution, and handover
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline processes, control costs, and enhance the overall workplace experience
• Use site systems to record Pilot Plant activities, inventories, work orders, and to support change control activities for compliant implementation of facility changes
• Drive continuous improvement by proposing and implementing process enhancements, supporting a 5S culture, and applying OE tools and techniques

• Proven experience in a regulated environment (GMP or equivalent)
• Awareness of building systems such as HVAC, electrical, and BMS at an operational level
• Experience interacting with contractors, suppliers
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Practical problem-solving ability
