Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Drafting and reviewing technical descriptions, technical specifications, feasibility reports, and tender documents for new projects or procurements
Preparing periodic and ad-hoc reports upon request by the Sector Manager
Communicating and coordinating hard services with external subcontractors
Drafting material measurement documents and conducting on-site measurements when required, under the guidance of the Sector Manager
Supervising and coordinating technical maintenance subcontractors under the responsibility of DIEK or for ad hoc works (Hard services)
Sourcing material quotations and small-scale ad hoc work proposals
Organizing, monitoring, and managing preventive maintenance contracts
Troubleshooting technical failures, both during and outside working hours
Inspecting and organizing the maintenance of landscaping in outdoor areas
Inspecting and organizing HVAC maintenance
Inspecting and organizing elevator maintenance
Inspecting and organizing plumbing maintenance
CMMS control and parameterization
Invoice management
Assisting in visitor management
Managing the technical maintenance warehouse (tools, consumables, etc.)
Ensuring compliance with industry standards during the execution of small projects
Adhering to PPC Inspectra - DIEK regulations and internal procedures
Following quality, health, and safety standards (use of PPE) and addressing environmental concerns

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
Graduate of higher education (Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering field)
Excellent organization and task prioritization
Timely and immediate communication and resolution of ad hoc issues
Ability to collaborate with other departments
Polite demeanor and professional behavior
Problem analysis and resolution skills
Integrity and strong character
Good command of the Greek language
Good command of the English language

Nice to have:

Registered with the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE)
Holder of a Project Management Certification
Excellent knowledge of AUTOCAD (or similar design software)
