We are seeking a Facilities Strategic Planning Manager (Level K) to join our Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREPs) organization, leading a team of strategic planners located in Everett, Washington. This role involves effective leadership, collaboration & relationship management with stakeholders across these multiple organizations.
Job Responsibility:
Manages employee activities within the facilities occupation including facilities planning
collaboration and integration with our facilities teams to include analysts, project & property administrators, facilities provisioning, engineering, construction and plant & equipment maintenance
Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, business partners and direct reports
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
Participates in equipment make/buy decisions
participates in source selection and provides technical oversight of suppliers
Manages, leads, coaches, develops and motivates employees
Requirements:
3+ years of experience leading or managing a team
3+ years of experience developing strategic long range business plans
3+ years of experience developing & delivering presentations to senior leaders
Experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Nice to have:
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of experience with real estate project management and space planning
3+ years of experience using AutoCAD or similar CAD programs
Experience with planning project budgets and monitoring financial performance
