We are seeking a Facilities Strategic Planning Manager (Level K) to join our Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREPs) organization, leading a team of strategic planners located in Everett, Washington. This role involves effective leadership, collaboration & relationship management with stakeholders across these multiple organizations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manages employee activities within the facilities occupation including facilities planning
  • collaboration and integration with our facilities teams to include analysts, project & property administrators, facilities provisioning, engineering, construction and plant & equipment maintenance
  • Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
  • Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, business partners and direct reports
  • Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
  • Participates in equipment make/buy decisions
  • participates in source selection and provides technical oversight of suppliers
  • Manages, leads, coaches, develops and motivates employees

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience leading or managing a team
  • 3+ years of experience developing strategic long range business plans
  • 3+ years of experience developing & delivering presentations to senior leaders
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Nice to have:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience with real estate project management and space planning
  • 3+ years of experience using AutoCAD or similar CAD programs
