Job Description:

The Facilities Specialist will be responsible for assessing the facility's resource requirements, optimizing the facility's critical operational systems, and overseeing the maintenance of infrastructure and equipment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assess the facility's resource requirements
  • Optimize the facility's critical operational systems
  • Oversee the maintenance of infrastructure and equipment
  • Planning and coordination of maintenance strategies for facility systems

  • Facilities management of satellite VW owned properties
  • Ensure regulatory compliance (maintenance and testing) of relevant facilities assets
  • Maintenance and upkeep of Siemens BMS System
  • Support facilities maintenance contractor with troubleshooting activities
  • Controls programming updates and backup management
  • Determine facility and equipment specifications
  • Analyzing project costs and preparing budgets

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • MS Office Applications
  • Project management
  • Facilities start-up and controls systems debug
  • Setup/operation of building automation systems
  • Industrial equipment operation and maintenance (Compressor, Chiller, Boiler, HVAC)
