YOUR IMPACT We’re looking for a Facilities Site Manager to lead workplace governance, compliance, and operations across the Asia Pacific & Japan (APJ) region (excluding India). In this role, you’ll ensure our offices—whether physical, virtual, or serviced—deliver a safe, compliant, and high-quality employee experience. You’ll play a key role in driving consistency across multiple locations, managing vendor performance, and supporting office operations in Taiwan and Hong Kong. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic, regional environment and enjoys balancing strategy with hands-on execution.

Job Responsibility

  • Own governance, compliance, audits, and risk management
  • Oversee virtual & serviced office operations across APJ
  • Manage vendors, SLAs, and workplace standards
  • Support Taiwan & Hong Kong office operations
  • Partner with HR, IT, Security, Finance & Real Estate
  • Lead projects, space optimization, and regional initiatives

Requirements

  • 8+ years in Facilities / Workplace / Real Estate / Compliance
  • APJ or multi-site experience preferred
  • Strong vendor, governance, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with virtual/serviced offices
  • Onsite role (RCBC Plaza, Makati)
