We are a leading financial services provider, are looking for a proactive, organised, and hands-on Facilities & Reception Coordinator to be the heartbeat of the London office. This role is incredibly varied, where no day will be the same! You will be supporting and working alongside a fantastic team of around 50 employees in London, and many more across the globe!

Job Responsibility

  • Reception Management: Be the friendly face of the organisation on an ad hoc basis, covering when needed, by greeting visitors, managing calls, and directing inquiries with a smile
  • Facilities Coordination: Oversee daily office operations, ensuring all facilities are well-maintained and ready for use
  • Vendor Liaison: Manage relationships with service providers, from cleaning teams to maintenance contractors, ensuring high standards are met
  • Event Planning: Assist in organising internal events, meetings, and conferences to foster collaboration and team spirit
  • Office Supplies Management: Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed, keeping our workspace stocked and efficient
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure our office adheres to health and safety regulations, providing a safe and secure environment for all staff and visitors
  • Property: Help assist with management of the office, and a number of other properties based in London

  • Must have previous experience in facilities and in a similar role
