In this dynamic environment, the Facilities Project Lead secures the long-term and short-term availability of essential manufacturing infrastructure. You bridge the gap between development requirements, manufacturing teams, and corporate real estate partners to realize complex engineering goals.
Job Responsibility
Lead and manage multiple large-scale new build and rebuild projects (CAPEX €10M+) within the EUV Factory
Translate data regarding equipment dimensions, utility consumption, and connections into definitive facility designs
Guide the end-to-end engineering and design process in close collaboration with building partners and Corporate Real Estate
Drive concurrent engineering processes to implement continuous design changes within an active, running factory
Manage the scope change process proactively, keeping tight control over planning, budget, and local government building restrictions
Requirements
Master’s degree (or Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience) in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or Applied Physics
5 to 10 years of experience in facility management, plant layout design, or product flow analysis
working experience with cleanroom operations, cleanroom specifications, and cleanliness requirements
hands-on experience utilizing CAD software for layout design and high-level production facility solutions
