Project and Programme Leadership: Own end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent facility development and production transfer projects, ensuring scope, schedule, capacity, and budget are met.
Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including engineering teams, suppliers, and executive leadership.
Prioritisation & Decision Making: Navigate conflicting priorities across projects, making informed decisions to maintain momentum and quality.
Reporting & Communication: Deliver clear, concise updates on project and programme status, risks, and dependencies to leadership and cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
Proven delivery of large-scale production ramp‑ups (≥5–10×) in discrete manufacturing or similar complex environments
Hands‑on experience in facilities redevelopment & production transfers (commissioning, validation, phased move/launch)
Strong understanding of operational environments and production priorities
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in Polish and English
able to influence and align diverse and dispersed teams
Demonstrated accountability and ownership of project outcomes
