Do you possess the strategic mindset required to organize and optimize complex projects in a dynamic environment as a facilities operations manager? We are looking for a high-caliber facilities operations manager to take over the overall functional management of company projects and operational support for all provided services.
Job Responsibility:
Guiding, organizing, and controlling project teams while ensuring service quality and strengthening cooperation with other departments
Organizing, managing, and supervising all company functions related to Facility Management
Monitoring, evaluating, and guiding Account Managers, Facility Managers, supervisors, and technical teams
Ensuring the qualitative and quantitative performance of projects based on both contractual and internal specifications
Monitoring the financial performance of projects, analyzing deviations, identifying productivity improvements, and implementing actions to increase profitability
Participating in the pre-costing process for new projects or changes to existing contracts and supporting the management of existing customer relationships
Developing and monitoring KPIs and SLAs for continuous performance improvement
Participating in the formulation of the company’s operating strategy and business planning
Proposing organizational changes or the redistribution of human resources
Coordinating with HR, Procurement, Finance, Quality, and IT to ensure the smooth operation of projects
Approving reports, plans, and needs for materials or equipment
Monitoring customer complaints and supporting their immediate resolution
Overseeing adherence to Health & Safety policies and ISO standards
Requirements:
At least 4 years of experience in a position of responsibility within Operations, preferably in Facility Management or technical projects
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
experience with CMMS or ERP systems is highly desirable
Fluency in Greek and very good knowledge of English
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities with a proven track record of achieving goals through teams
Strategic thinking, data analysis skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
A University or Technical Institute degree (AEI/TEI) in Management, Engineering, or a related field will be considered as an asset
Nice to have:
