Job Responsibility:
Manage facilities operations including maintenance, repairs, and space planning
Coordinate vendors, service contracts, and preventative maintenance schedules
Oversee workplace safety, compliance, and building standards
Manage facilities budgets, invoices, and operational projects
Requirements:
3+ years of facilities or building management experience
Strong vendor management and problem‑solving skills
Knowledge of safety, compliance, and basic building systems
