Job Description:

Facilities Manager role overseeing multiple properties including retail stores, corporate office, warehouse, and private residences for a leading entertainment organization

Job Responsibility:

Overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple properties
Managing a dedicated team of three staff members
Coordinating essential services including cleaning, maintenance, and catering
Monitoring utility services and liaising with providers
Ensuring health and safety standards are met
Collaborating with contractors for building maintenance and renovations
Project managing general maintenance and renovations
Managing tenant and building issues

Requirements:

Proven experience in facilities management or a related field
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A proactive approach to problem-solving
