Under the direction of the Senior Facilities Manager, the Facilities Manager will oversee the effective operation, maintenance, and improvement of all facility systems and services, with the primary responsibility to manage the maintenance and operation of the facilities across multiple buildings. Secondarily, the FM may lead and execute facility-related projects such as infrastructure upgrades, office moves, and renovations. You will work closely with various teams and stakeholders to ensure that the buildings are operating efficiently, effectively, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Job Responsibility:
Manage daily operations of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, safety, and security
Oversee routine and preventative maintenance schedules
coordinate emergency repairs as needed
Conduct facility inspections and risk assessments
address any deficiencies or hazards promptly
Implement and maintain standard operating procedures and best practices for facility management and project delivery
Develop budgets for facility operations and projects
monitor spending, forecast needs, and report on variances
Maintain accurate facility records, documentation, and reports
Evaluate and recommend improvements to optimize space utilization, energy consumption, and operational efficiency
Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors, contractors, and service providers
Apply facilities management expertise to inform decisions related to building systems, maintenance, safety, and space optimization
Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with external vendors and service providers
Oversee procurement processes for project materials and services

Ensure compliance with health, safety, local, and environmental regulations
Lead and execute facility-related projects (e.g., refurbishments, fit-outs, relocations, capital improvements, maintenance initiatives) from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget
Lead end-to-end management of facilities-related projects, including scoping, budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, risk assessment, and stakeholder coordination
Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables
monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary to achieve project objectives
Ensure all projects meet relevant quality, health, safety, sustainability, and regulatory requirements
Monitor and report on project performance, providing updates and recommendations to senior management
Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
Lead or participate in post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and implement process improvements
Requirements:
4+ years' experience in facilities management or related field
Solid understanding of facilities management principles, building systems, construction and maintenance practices, and safety and code compliance requirements
Proven experience in facilities management, with a strong emphasis on managing complex projects in critical facilities, construction, or building operations environments
Strong vendor management, negotiation, and budgeting experience
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency with facilities and project management software/tools (e.g., CAFM, CMMS, MS Project)
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and work under pressure
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Nice to have:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Project Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in semi-conductor industry and with critical environments including labs, data centers, cleanrooms
Knowledge of sustainability principles and energy efficiency best practices
Familiarity with compliance requirements (e.g., ADA, OSHA, local building codes)
