The Facilities Manager serves as the single point of contact responsible for facilities management, assisting the Sr. Facilities Manager and/or Account Leader with the delivery of quality facility management services. This role coordinates and manages tenant requirements and service delivery to ensure satisfaction while supporting the implementation of short and long-term goals and projects for the client through innovative programs and processes that reduce operating costs and increase productivity.
Job Responsibility:
Support the Sr. Facilities Manager and/or Account Lead in implementing short and long-term goals and projects for the client
Develop and implement innovative programs, processes and procedures that reduce operating costs and increase productivity
Manage work assignments for building technicians, vendors, and contractors while ensuring compliance with client and JLL policies
Lead facilities staff to deliver expected service levels to the client within the prescribed budget
Oversee development and management of capital and expense budgets by interfacing closely with client representatives
Complete monthly/quarterly/annual reporting requirements accurately and on time following client's record keeping policies
Recommend capital improvements and prepare operating budget reports, monthly forecasts, and variance reports
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management with management/technical emphasis
5+ years industry experience required either in a corporate environment, third party service provider, or as consultant
Strong leadership and management skills with ability to manage both technical and administrative staff
Strong interpersonal skills and communication/presentation abilities
Proficient in MS programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Computer proficiency in CMMS systems
Demonstrated experience in budget development and management
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Experience with capital improvement planning and implementation

Experience with contractor management and service delivery oversight
Familiarity with KPI development and performance measurement systems
