Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across two key buildings in Edinburgh, ensuring compliance with all standards
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, addressing needs and improving service delivery
  • Coordinate project work and improve operational efficiencies in collaboration with various teams
  • Monitor KPIs and develop strategies to enhance overall service quality
  • Take on P&L responsibilities, ensuring financial targets are met.
