Reporting to the Director of Public Works, this role manages custodial and trades staff, contractors, and vendors; oversees building systems, energy programs, and preventive maintenance; and ensures compliance with safety, environmental, and procurement standards. Responsibilities include budgeting, capital planning, emergency operations, and sustainability initiatives.
Job Responsibility:

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management
10+ years building management experience, including five to 10 years in construction/trades
Technical experience with HVAC and MEP systems
Five-plus years supervising staff and contractors
Valid Driver’s License
ability to obtain Construction Supervisor’s License, OSHA 30, and Asbestos certification within two years
