This role is a full time 12 month fixed term contract based in Suva, Fiji, the successful incumbent will be the on-site key point of contact for the Australian Government Agency Senior Administration Officer, Staff, and Key Post stakeholders, including Diplomatic staff and Tenants.
Job Responsibility:
Responsible for service delivery under The Contract KPIs and SLAs for all Assigned sites
Responsible for technical and facilities operations, ensuring all Critical Environment (CEM) requirements are met, and all Planned Maintenance activities are completed per the scheduled maintenance program
Provide proactive assistance with any 3rd party contractor works to ensure they will not impact existing infrastructure/building services
Provide 24/7 emergency response support and site attendance as required
Ensure the JLL Operational Risk Management (ORM) program is implemented and maintained
Ensure disaster recovery and business continuity plans are implemented and maintained
Ensure an environment that supports teamwork, cooperation and performance excellence within the team
Mentor and enable Training & Development of team members
Implement regular communication forums with remote Assigned Site personnel
Build and develop effective client/stakeholder relationships across multiple levels of the organisation
On-site key point of contact for Facilities in the client's premises
Actively engage in JLL internal forums to ensure they are abreast of all innovation
Work work with the JLL Procurement Manager to ensure that contract procurement processes comply with Commonwealth procurement guidelines as well as JLL's best practice
Manage all contracts to ensure that they are professionally delivered at the right costs
Manage the day-to-day activities for the Suva, Apia, Nuku'alofa and Tarawa sites and other nominated locations as allocated, including comprehensive engineering and facility management services, contractors, equipment and supplies required by the contract
Requirements:
Qualifications in Facilities Management, Building or other related field and/or 5-7 years’ experience in facilities, property management or related field
Experience or demonstrated capability to work in a complex environment along with the management of remote sites
Understanding of technical aspects of property (may include Computer Room Air-conditioning, Chiller system, Fire Protection system, Mechanical & Electrical system, BMS system, Access control systems)
Knowledge of and experience in managing critical infrastructure, systems and environments
Client Focus & Relationship Management
Capacity to interpret and proactively manage commercial contracts
Strong budget management and financial analysis skills
Strong customer service-oriented attitude
Ability to gain and retain a relevant Security Clearance
Ability to liaise with high level personnel
This role requires the candidate to be Australia Citizen
