Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of one or more sites. In this pivotal role, you will ensure all contracted services are delivered in line with legal, statutory, and client requirements. You'll be the go-to person for resolving operational issues swiftly and professionally, keeping the site running smoothly, efficiently, and in full compliance with contractual obligations.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and support the operational delivery of facilities across multiple sites
Ensure all services meet legal, regulatory, and client standards
Hard and Soft Services Exposure required
Corporate Building Services & Maintenance environment on blue collar sites
Respond promptly to daily challenges with professionalism and efficiency
Maintain high standards of performance, safety, and compliance across all areas
Requirements:
Solid general education
Relevant qualification in Facilities Management
Proven track record of continuous professional development within the FM industry
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Commitment to excellence and a customer-focused mindset
