Job Description

This role manages day-to-day facilities operations and occupier relations. You will maintain accurate records and documentation, deliver an exceptional front-of-house experience, and act as the main contact for occupiers, hosting meetings and sharing updates with Property Managers. You will conduct scheduled inspections, oversee planned and reactive maintenance, monitor contractor performance, and manage minor repairs, escalating larger works and CDM projects as required. You will ensure Health and Safety compliance, coordinate first aid and fire drills, review risk assessments, complete H&S checklists, log incidents, and keep the Tenants' Handbook current. You will record and submit meter readings and support financial tasks including raising purchase orders and assisting with service charge budgeting in line with RICS guidelines.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office - including Good Excel skills
  • Highly organised and motivated, with a high degree of common sense & methodical logical approach
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good work ethic and positive approach
  • Excellent demonstrable customer service skills
  • Good general knowledge of FM - Administration/Health & Safety
  • Ideally IOSH Managing Safely although training can be provided to the right candidate
  • Good IT system skills
