We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Facilities Manager to join our team. This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to support our facilities operations while gaining experience in an international environment. The Facilities Manager will be responsible on the global daily offices operations, cross-organizational projects, infrastructure, safety, maintenance and continuous improvement of facilities processes.
Job Responsibility:
Responsible of managing all facilities services and projects related to the department
Lead day to day all global offices operation: maintenance, cleaning, security and office supply
Be responsible and manage the company global real-estate
Work directly with contractors, vendors, building management, landlords and providers
Oversee space planning, office moves, and workplace optimization
Ensure safety workplace, compliance with health and regulatory adherence
Manage the front desk and maintenance team
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience managing office facilities in global companies
Experience with vendor management and contract negotiation
Demonstrated experience managing improvement projects and maintenance programs
Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety)
Able to evaluate priorities and re-juggle as appropriate
Able to resolve conflicts and communicate intentions clearly
Deliver on time and with high quality results
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong communication skills, leadership and teamwork
