Job Responsibility:
Manage day‑to‑day facilities operations and occupier relations
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Deliver an exceptional front‑of‑house experience
Act as the main contact for occupiers, hosting meetings and sharing updates with Property Managers
Conduct scheduled inspections
Oversee planned and reactive maintenance
Monitor contractor performance
Manage minor repairs, escalating larger works and CDM projects as required
Ensure Health and Safety compliance
Coordinate first aid and fire drills
Review risk assessments
Complete H&S checklists
Log incidents
Keep the Tenants' Handbook current
Record and submit meter readings
Support financial tasks including raising purchase orders and assisting with service charge budgeting in line with RICS guidelines
Requirements:
Experience in a similar role
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office - including Good Excel skills
Highly organised and motivated, with a high degree of common sense & methodical logical approach
Excellent communication skills
Good work ethic and positive approach
Excellent demonstrable customer service skills
Good general knowledge of FM - Administration/Health & Safety
Good IT system skills
Nice to have:
Ideally IOSH Managing Safely although training can be provided to the right candidate
