Our client, a global entertainment company, is looking for a Facilities Manager to join their team! This will be an onsite role working out of their location in Glendale. The successful candidate will have the ability to handle varied responsibilities as needed, have strong attention to detail. and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Job Responsibility:
Manage event preparation and merchandise allocation per project
Oversee inventory control and receiving of products
Perform merchandise replenishment from warehouses
Reviewing product levels and requesting product orders as needed
Utilize spreadsheets to track products received
Requirements:
High school diploma / GED is required
3-5 years of inventory control and facilities management experience
Ability to lift 50+ lbs as required
Ability to move merchandise by use of dollies and pallet jacks
Microsoft Excel or Smart Sheets proficiency
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
