Job Responsibility:
Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of all F&B facilities
Responsible for setting up processes, procedures, SOPs, and using the right tools to monitor and manage performance
Ensure that all facilities comply with industry standards for F&B operations
Develop and enforce preventive maintenance programs for critical kitchen equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
Build rapport and coordinate with contractors, service providers, and suppliers to ensure service quality
Maintain compliance with food safety regulations, local health codes, and environmental guidelines
Ensure that all kitchen and operational equipment is regularly maintained to minimize downtime
Strategize and implement sustainability initiatives to reduce the environmental footprint of F&B operations (waste management, energy conservation, and water usage)
Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field
At least 8–10 years of experience in facilities management or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior management role
Certifications in energy management or sustainability (e.g., LEED)
Proven track record in managing facilities in high-volume, fast-paced environments
Strong understanding of F&B-specific facilities, including kitchen equipment, refrigeration, commercial plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems
Experience in managing large teams and subordinates is essential
