Boeing’s Global Real Estate & Facilities (GREF) organization is currently looking for a Facilities Manager– Asset Management to join our Asset Management team. This is an exciting opportunity to improve the central functions and effectiveness of our asset management program. The Facilities Manager – Asset Management will lead and implement the asset management program for site facilities and critical infrastructure. This role is part of a team that combines reliability engineering, asset management, preventive/predictive maintenance, capital planning, and continuous improvement to maximize asset availability, safety, and cost-efficiency across buildings, utilities, and production support systems.

Job Responsibility:

  • Partner with subject matter experts to define required levels of service for infrastructure systems and implement an assessment program
  • Manage risk associated with system functionality born on data-driven asset performance metrics
  • Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, business partners and direct reports
  • Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
  • Manage, develop and motivate employees
  • Support and lead asset management strategy for facilities equipment and infrastructure
  • Support asset management and reliability data integrity, KPI reporting and continuous improvement of processes and present results to executive leadership

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in asset management
  • 3+ years of experience leading or managing a team
  • 3+ years of experience developing strategic long range business plans
  • Experience with oversight of budgets and financial data
  • Ability to travel up to 25% domestically

Nice to have:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • 3+ years of experience developing and delivering presentations to senior leaders
  • Experience using Corrigo or other Computerized Maintenance Software Systems (CMMS)
  • Experience with managing projects and utilizing standard project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Gantt charts, MS PowerPoint, status charts, resource load charts)
  • Experience in aerospace, defense, or highly regulated manufacturing environments
  • Familiarity with ISO 55000 asset management standards
