This internship is designed to provide meaningful, practical experience in facilities management while contributing to JLL's mission of delivering exceptional value to clients through innovative workplace solutions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the Facilities Management team in day-to-day operations and service delivery
  • Assist in tracking and analyzing facilities performance metrics and service levels
  • Help coordinate vendor management activities and service requests
  • Contribute to the preparation of client reports, presentations, and documentation
  • Support the administration of facilities management systems and databases
  • Assist in monitoring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
  • Help compile and analyze data for space utilization and occupancy reports

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program in Facilities Management, Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Basic understanding of facilities management principles and building operations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
