We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Management Site Supervisor to join our team in Paris, France. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing both hard and soft services on-site, managing vendors, and driving continuous service improvement to ensure optimal facility operations. Job Responsibility:

  • Manage hard services: Oversee maintenance of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
  • Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance schedules

  • Supervise soft services: Manage cleaning, security, and reception services
  • Oversee catering and vending operations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Professional certifications such as FMP (Facility Management Professional) or equivalent are preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Proven track record in managing both hard and soft services
  • Experience with vendor management and contract negotiations
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in facilities management software and MS Office suite
  • Strong analytical and budgeting skills
  • In-depth understanding of building systems and maintenance practices
  • Familiarity with French building codes, health and safety regulations, and environmental standards
