Facilities Management Co-op

Help ensure that our office spaces are safe, functional and aligned with Susquehanna's operational standards

• Assist with daily facility operations, including service requests, preventive maintenance tracking, and vendor coordination
• Support site inspections, workplace readiness checks, and safety compliance verifications (e.g., AEDs, fire extinguishers, first aid kits)
• Help manage and close tickets in the FMS tracking system
• Support Project Management activities including tracking timelines, deliverables and coordination with Susquehanna teams
• Monitor subcontractor equipment submittals to ensure compliance with firm specifications
• Ensure all processes are document and organized efficiently
• Provide on-site support for emergencies, maintenance issues and event setups as needed

• Relaxed dress code (jeans and sneakers are the norm and team jerseys every Friday)
