Job Description:

Susquehanna is seeking a Facilities Management Co-op student to join our Facilities team. This team is responsible for the design, build-out, maintenance, and support of the firm’s office spaces across all Susquehanna’s US locations. This role provides hands on experience in building operations, vendor coordination and workplace experience. Working closely with the Global Facilities Manager and the Property Management Workflow coordinator, the co-op will help ensure that our office spaces are safe, functional and aligned with Susquehanna's operational standards.

Requirements:

  • Assist with daily facility operations, including service requests, preventive maintenance tracking, and vendor coordination
  • Support site inspections, workplace readiness checks, and safety compliance verifications (e.g., AEDs, fire extinguishers, first aid kits)
  • Help manage and close tickets in the FMS tracking system
  • Support Project Management activities including tracking timelines, deliverables and coordination with Susquehanna teams
  • Monitor subcontractor equipment submittals to ensure compliance with firm specifications
  • Ensure all processes are document and organized efficiently
  • Provide on-site support for emergencies, maintenance issues and event setups as needed
