Job Responsibility

  • Perform maintenance, troubleshooting and repair on building systems

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years prior building maintenance experience required
  • Must have experience with hand tools and their proper use
  • Proven electrical, mechanical, and/or plumbing skills
  • Safety minded individual
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs./30kgs ergonomically
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must have ability to obtain an IKEA forklift driver certification
