Job Responsibility

Collaborate with Facilities Maintenance and operations leadership to execute a Preventative Maintenance (PM) program for equipment and facilities
Troubleshoot emergency issues and identify complex maintenance and facilities issues, coordinate resources to provide necessary vendor support
Inspect general interior and exterior building/equipment conditions
perform simple repairs, replacements, maintenance on basic parts in order to maintain the high standards of warehouse condition/appearance
Perform basic painting/touching up of interior/exterior doors, office, walls, trim, etc.
assist with small in-house projects, or tasks as needed
Help reduce overall maintenance costs
help monitor vendor activity, quality of results
Work independently to prioritize responsibilities and requests
