If so we are currently searching for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to oversee the physical integrity and operational efficiency for a global medical device company. This is a dynamic role designed for an adaptable professional who thrives in a high-response environment.You will be responsible for a diverse range of maintenance disciplines, ensuring that site infrastructure is maintained to the highest standards while balancing scheduled upkeep with reactive repairs.

Job Responsibility

  • Execute a broad spectrum of hands-on repairs, including minor structural works (walls, doors, joinery) and fabric maintenance
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on essential plumbing systems
  • Manage the installation and commissioning of fixtures, fittings, and internal equipment
  • Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting immediate site issues
  • Utilise our Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to log, track, and close out work orders
  • Maintain rigorous digital records of all site activities to ensure full audit completion and a clear history of facility upkeep
  • Prioritise a fluctuating workload based on operational urgency and safety requirements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with department heads to address specific maintenance needs with minimal disruption to daily operations
  • Uphold a professional demeanour while navigating a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment
