A global high-tech company is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician – HVAC to support the operation and ongoing maintenance of HVAC systems, along with general building maintenance in a modern office environment. The role includes preventive maintenance (PPM), troubleshooting, working with BMS systems, maintaining building systems, supporting projects, and ensuring reliable, safe, and efficient facility operations in a dynamic workplace.

Job Responsibility:

  • Daily operation of HVAC systems across designated office areas
  • Perform preventive maintenance (PPM) according to procedures and maintenance plans
  • Troubleshoot HVAC issues and close service tickets
  • Daily work with BMS systems for monitoring, control, and optimization
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks in offices and common areas, including: Basic electrical, plumbing, and lighting repairs
  • Maintenance of doors, locks, furniture, and fixtures
  • Handling minor building system issues
  • Manage and close general maintenance service requests
  • Coordinate and escort external vendors, contractors, and service providers
  • Support office moves, space changes, and office modifications
  • Ensure overall functionality, order, and appearance of the work environment

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in general maintenance of buildings, offices, or commercial facilities
  • Knowledge and experience in HVAC preventive maintenance
  • Experience working with BMS systems
  • Experience with service/ticketing systems
  • Strong technical orientation and hands-on capabilities
  • Ability to work independently with good time management and task prioritization
  • High service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team and in a multi-interface environment
  • Technical English proficiency
