A global high-tech company is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician – HVAC to support the operation and ongoing maintenance of HVAC systems, along with general building maintenance in a modern office environment. The role includes preventive maintenance (PPM), troubleshooting, working with BMS systems, maintaining building systems, supporting projects, and ensuring reliable, safe, and efficient facility operations in a dynamic workplace.
Job Responsibility:
Daily operation of HVAC systems across designated office areas
Perform preventive maintenance (PPM) according to procedures and maintenance plans
Troubleshoot HVAC issues and close service tickets
Daily work with BMS systems for monitoring, control, and optimization
Perform routine maintenance tasks in offices and common areas, including: Basic electrical, plumbing, and lighting repairs
Maintenance of doors, locks, furniture, and fixtures
Handling minor building system issues
Manage and close general maintenance service requests
Coordinate and escort external vendors, contractors, and service providers
Support office moves, space changes, and office modifications
Ensure overall functionality, order, and appearance of the work environment
Requirements:
Proven experience in general maintenance of buildings, offices, or commercial facilities
Knowledge and experience in HVAC preventive maintenance
Experience working with BMS systems
Experience with service/ticketing systems
Strong technical orientation and hands-on capabilities
Ability to work independently with good time management and task prioritization
High service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team and in a multi-interface environment
