Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate day-to-day activities of all matters relating to F&M operations, engineering, risk and compliance with a highlighted focus on contractor works and activities
  • Monitor Facilities & Maintenance contractor works and activities, to ensure all works are satisfactorily and safely completed to Primary Connect policies, procedures and standards, so as to minimise disruption to occupants and operators
  • Conduct and complete DC-specific property and F&M related inspections as assigned
  • Implement and maintain critical controls from the Quality and Excellence Program
  • Comply to WOW Group and Primary Connect Facilities & Maintenance policies and procedures, including site-specific requirements and/or reporting requirements
  • File, report & record maintenance records and incident management

Requirements

  • Contractor management experience is highly advantageous
  • Experience in the facilities and/or property industry, industrial preferred
  • Refrigeration Trade background preferred but not essential
  • Basic knowledge of WHS legislation, practices and building services
  • Excellent organisation and administrative skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines and inputs from internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills to effectively build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Nice to have

Refrigeration Trade background preferred but not essential
