Job Description

We’re looking for a hands-on candidate who is a great team player and want to be part of something extraordinary. The successful candidates will work alongside our busy facilities team which is responsible for the safe and effective maintenance of our busy site.

Job Responsibility

  • Maintaining and repairing the buildings and systems on site, including plumbing, air, heating and I.T network systems
  • Taking care of other maintenance tasks, such as painting, roof repairs, locksmithing, drywall installations and groundwork
  • Recycling and waste management
  • The cleanliness of the site facilities
  • Carry out any other duties requested by their supervisor
  • Using various Platforms/ladders/ access equipment

Requirements

  • Previous experience within a maintenance, facilities, or building services role
  • Basic mechanical and electrical maintenance knowledge
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to maintenance issues
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety
  • Good IT skills
  • Full clean driving licence

Nice to have

Relevant technical qualifications in maintenance are desirable
