Job Description:

CVS Health is looking for a Facilities Maintenance Coordinator. The role involves performing maintenance activities, inspecting facilities and ensuring proper property upkeep, coordinating between internal disciplines and external regulatory agencies, maintaining and repairing equipment, responding to emergencies 24/7, and managing vendor contracts. Candidates must be available to work weekdays from 4:00 AM to noon.

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform maintenance activities varying with an area of assignment, including performing set-ups for departmental meetings in multiple buildings and facilities
  • Inspect facilities and grounds to ensure the property is being properly maintained and provide a safe environment for employees
  • Coordinate between internal disciplines such as Electrical, HVAC, Life-Safety, Environmental Operations, as well as Federal and State regulatory agencies
  • Survey all conference room devices and equipment regularly
  • Perform and coordinate repairs and maintenance of all systems
  • Inventory and order supplies, equipment, and materials for projects
  • Answer complaints and questions via phone and email regarding employee concerns and complaints
  • Log maintenance calls into the computer and help assign jobs to technicians
  • Assist in tracking expenditures on projects and maintain logs and records of work performed and materials used
  • Oversee maintenance/vendor contracts to ensure work is completed efficiently
  • Respond to urgent maintenance calls and serve as the first point of contact for emergency calls 24/7

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience working in operations and maintenance of a commercial property
  • Demonstrated strong computer skills
  • Proven communication skills and ability to deal tactfully and efficiently at all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience with operational safety requirements in a critical environment and ability to apply and follow procedures and requirements per regulatory bodies
