Job Description

Xpert Resourcing are looking for a Facilities Helpdesk Operator to provide support to the Facilities Helpdesk and Sales Support team, based in their busy office in Bury St Edmunds. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate with people at all levels.

Job Responsibility

  • Responding to incoming calls and emails
  • Logging service calls and sales orders
  • Forwarding Job details to the technical engineers
  • Scheduling engineers work stream portal
  • Liaising with clients, subcontractors and engineers efficiently
  • Ensuring works are completed in the relevant time frames
  • Maintaining the day-to-day operational requirements, whilst providing a high level of customer service
  • Any other ad hoc administrative duties required

Requirements

  • Previous experience of working in a helpdesk or call centre role would be highly advantageous
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
