Job Description:

Sopra Steria is seeking a Facilities Executive to handle front office responsibilities and general administrative duties. The candidate will host clients, assist visitors, and ensure customer-centric interactions while maintaining hygiene and organization. Additional tasks include preparing monthly facilities MIS, managing meeting room bookings, arranging client visits, and supporting recruitment drives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Take rounds of the facility and ensure good hygiene levels
  • Keep front desk tidy and presentable
  • Greet and assist the guests
  • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
  • Meeting room bookings
  • Clients visit arrangements
  • Assist the HR team in recruitment drive as and when required

Requirements:

  • Adept in MS office
  • Assist the facility team members to prepare the monthly facilities MIS
  • Manage the front desk
