Facilities Director – School Buildings

The town of North Andover is seeking a School Buildings Facilities Director. The Facilities Director’s responsibilities include planning, organizing, directing, and controlling all aspects of the Facilities Department for the school buildings, including the management of all school building capital projects, maintenance, and energy management. This role requires close collaboration with the Superintendent, School Building Committees, Procurement department, the Town Facilities Director and outside contractors to ensure a safe, efficient learning environment. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in facilities management or engineering; supplemented by seven to 10 years of experience in construction and maintenance of commercial and educational buildings and systems.
