You will own the first impression for everyone interacting with Mollie in Amsterdam. As the face of our headquarters, you ensure that every partner, candidate, and colleague experiences the inclusive, high-energy culture that defines us. You will manage the heartbeat of the office—from reception and hospitality to facilities and administration. We need someone who can spot issues before they happen, manage priorities with a cool head, and maintain high standards for our workspace. You’ll step in to keep our office running smoothly, ensuring our physical space matches the ambition of the people working in it.
Job Responsibility:
Deliver a seamless, high-touch reception experience, acting as the primary point of contact for all visitors and staff
Manage office facilities and daily operations, ensuring the workspace is consistently organized, stocked, and fully functional
Execute administrative workflows including mail distribution, inventory management, and vendor coordination with precision
Drive hospitality standards within the office, ensuring amenities and common areas reflect our commitment to excellence
Support internal culture events and initiatives that connect the Amsterdam team and reinforce our values
Requirements:
1 to 3 years of experience in a customer-facing, workplace experience, or administrative role
A true customer service orientation with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively
Resilience and adaptability to navigate a fast-paced environment where priorities change
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and external stakeholders
Proficiency in GSuite and digital tools to manage administrative tasks efficiently
